Each session is tailor-made specifically for you. Therefore, I offer a limited number of sessions each year to ensure quality and attention to detail in my work and to my clients. When you contact me to book a session, know that I am all in from the start and ready to serve you in the best ways I can. I love being as involved as you need to ensure your needs are met and that you have the best time ever with me! This means as many consultations as needed, styling advice, drawing up backup plans, location scouting, all of it.

I approach all sessions with a lot of joy, laughter, and ease. I am quick to smile and I highly encourage laughter and showing me just how much you love what you do. I am there to bring out the best in you and to capture why your work brings out that twinkle in your eyes.

I truly love stories and I'd love to hear yours. Connecting with my clients I'm shooting is so very important to me. It's not just a one-time transaction. It's the beginning of a very lovely friendship. 1. Send me a note

Get ready to give me allllll the details. Once you and I have been in touch, I'll be sending you a brand questionnaire to help me fine tune and pinpoint what your exact needs are. If you're opting for a monthly or quarterly subscription, we'll also discuss about what that might look like for you.

After we chat a bit more and determine at a high level what's needed, I'll prepare a custom quote just for you. Based on what you choose to move forward with, we will make it official with an invoice, payment schedule, and contract. Don't worry, I'm available every step of the way for questions. 

* Hiring a stylist may be recommended depending on the products being photographed

2. Schedule it

Working with me is a collaborative process. I value your feedback, your energy, and your vision. Together we will nail down location*, timing, clothing, what brand elements to bring, scenarios/actions you want captured, etc. We figure out the overall flow of our session to make use of our time wisely.

* Rentals/locations not discussed previously and unaccounted for will require an update to the invoice (i.e. extra mileage, parking, photo permits, rental fees, etc) will be reflected in the final due amount.

3. We Plan!

It's the big day! You have your outfit(s) and brand elements packed and your hair/make-up is done (highly recommend for brand sessions)! You've checked traffic and you know where you're going (who wants to be stressed about being late?). You're excited and I'm excited and we're all excited!

When we arrive on-location, we'll say hi and do a quick review of our timeline/props/etc. And then, we'll start making magic together!

4. we make magic!

I will geek over all the big and little moments while editing and share sneak peeks with you within a few short days.

Once I'm done editing (typically within 1-2 weeks), I upload and deliver your beautiful gallery into your email inbox! You'll select your favoritest images that fit your brand needs the best and when you're ready, I'll send those faves to you for safekeeping. You can purchase any additional commercial licenses a la carte straight from your gallery.

I hired Denise to take pictures of our soups and broths at 100 Bowls of Soup, including a full catalog of our entire menu. The project involved taking over 100 photographs and ensuring consistency across all shots. She also took ingredient and mood shots which we are using to update our website, using creative staging and props to help us tell our story. The quality of the photographs are outstanding, capturing the unique qualities of each soup and the love that goes into them. I LOVED , LOVED , LOVED my branding shoot with Denise. Doing a business branding shoot involves a lot more than a portrait session. As a jewelry designer, I also needed process shots, head shots, in studio shots, etc. There were a lot of pre-shoot preparation and communication in order to have a successful and productive shoot. Denise is very detail orientated and understand what I wanted and how I wanted these photos to represent my brand. We both were well prepared the day of the shoot. I got images I love and can be used in various media outlets. Denise went above and beyond my expectations. It was the best investment I made last year.
